 It's been a hot week here in Fresno. After dinner, the kids enjoyed some fun time in the water and some yummy popsicles!

Violet is introduced to messy popsicles... and says "chee" for the camera!

He was awake for about 30 minutes. His longest stretch yet! Thankfully the big kids were out with Nana and Papa so Mommy and Timothy got some good bonding time!

Introducing Timothy Dominic!

Ashton loves his new baby brother!

Timothy Dominic was born July 21st at 4:51pm. He weighed 7 pounds, 1 ounce and was 20 inches long. He came just 2 weeks earlier than predicted. Mommy was okay with it. Unfortunately, Dad was unable to Skype in to witness the birth.

Both kids were down for naps so I was able to get in a quick photo session.

Violet is almost 15 months now and her vocabulary is growing by the day. Her words are:

Happy 4th of July!

 This is how most of the day was spent... outside, by or in the pool with Grandma Barb and Papa Tom!

 It was a scorchin' 106 degrees today! Cousin William was also outside along with the rest of the crew all day long!

 Grandma Barb and Papa Tom enjoyed the hot day in the pool as well!

 Violet enjoyed sitting on the edge of the pool playing with a cup and dipping her feet in!

Happy 4th of July to all of our family and friends! We enjoyed a great day, despite the heat! It was quite the hot day in Fresno. Thankfully, Grandma Barb and Papa Tom have a pool to enjoy all day long! And while the kids... well, the boys, did not enjoy the fireworks, it was still a great day. Violet, on the other hand, clapped and exclaimed "yeah!"
