Fun bath night
The kids love their baths and want to always get in with Eliza! Because of our drought and it being winter time, bath nights are every other night so it's a fun special day when it does happen! Check out my silly girls! Oh, I forgot to mention, Eliza loves to get her picture taken! She smiles and laughs whenever I pull out the camera!
10 months
Eliza is 10 months old! Wow, the time is honestly flying by now. Trust me, in those early days when school was out and all the kids were home with me, time was moving oh.so.slow! By now that she is taking a bottle and formula, sleeping through the night, and I'm working part-time, the months are flying by. Let's see at 10 months, her last doctor check had her at 17 pounds, 2 ounces (32%) and 27 inches (22%). So she's small and almost perfectly proportional. She growing out of her 9 months clothes and I had to get 12 month winter clothes! Oh my! She's crawling as fast as can be and cruising along side the furniture. She likes to grab onto the back of my legs and "walk" along with me. She babbles, mainly "dadadad!" Boo! She's a very happy baby, until she's not and she will let you know. She prefers real food to her baby food unless it's in a pouch. She's very much a mama's girl still and wants to be near me at all times! She loves to wave hi and bye! She still has a clogged eye duct and we are watching that. Hope it clears up in time so she avoid having surgery! She goes to bed super early, I'm talking around 6:30pm! And wakes up around 530-6am but Violet keeps her occupied until we get up! So, she's a good 11-12 hour nighttime sleeper and naps 2-3x a day. I try to avoid that 3rd nap so she will go to bed early! The kids love to play with her and keep her occupied with their toys. She loves Violet's big dollhouse and her Fisher Price house. She loves baths. She loves her muslin blankets and chews on them to fall asleep. She loves to sleep in her crib and does not sleep well in other places, except when I'm carrying her of course! She discovered she can climb up on steps or other objects to reach things she wants! She is such an explorer!

Eliza at 9 months
Has 9 months gone by already? What to say about Eliza? She is definitely a "Mama's" girl. She is super clingy, definitely different than the others. She loves to laugh at the other kids, all while Mom is holding her. She can pull to stand and is cruising along a little. She finally broke through two bottom teeth. She prefers real food to her baby food and loves water out of straws. She crawls fast, especially to find me. She is still, oh so close! to sleeping through the night. She goes to bed SO early, so she also wakes SO early. And when I mean early, she wants to sleep at 5-6pm! Then wakes at 3:30am, but I'm not doing that anymore!! And every hour after! Finally by 530am she's telling me it's time to get her with her super loud screaming cry, which by the way, is fake! She babbles mainly dadadada and nanana. She loves to laugh and Tim quite a bit and does so well in the car! She is a happy girl until she's not, and she will let you know!

Eliza Progresses!
This is the month where Eliza has gone from a little baby to a big baby. It seems like all of a sudden she has grown and progressed before my eyes! All of a sudden she can sit upright, crawl properly, has broken through her first bottom tooth, is babbling, can pull to a stand, is trying to cruise... where did the time go?! And she seems to have grown quite a bit, literally! She was so tiny for so long and now she seems so much bigger! She even fits into 9 months clothes despite being 8 months! She's still little but it definitely too long for her 6 month clothes now. Soon, she will be running along side her big brothers and sister!
Tim's christmas performance 3 yrs
We had our fair share of "Winter" performances this season. It started with Ashton's 1st grade performance. Yes, let's document it. I FORGOT (gasp) my "Mama" cam! The following Thursday was the daycare performance. Followed up by the following Thursday with Violet's preschool performance! My oh my! It's been busy!
As you can see, Tim is quite the character!
