Playing Outside

Ashton playing with his crane

Even Tim gets some good outside action!

Ashton & Violet work on their "project." This entails squirting glitter glue onto the cement and spreading it around

Tim hangs out on our new/used patio furniture

Violet with quite the funny face

Her participation in the glitter glue project meant Ashton making her spread the glue around. He has figured out if he does it himself, his hands get dirty and sticky!

One of Violet's favorite activities - transferring objects (ie cereal in this picture) from one cup to another. She loves  to do this with water in the bathtub!

She is one cute girl!

Happy girl!
We have had usually warm weather, even for California! We have been able to go outside and enjoy the warm 60 degree weather for the past few days. Yesterday, we enjoyed most of the day outside! The kids just played around our backyard and it reminded me of summer! Minus the over 100 degree weather!

Pigtails and Cheetos!

Violet has an adverse reaction to pigtails and everything cute I try to put in her hair, ie bows, handbands, and such. Bummer right?! But my Mom was able to get pigtails into Violet's hair. They lasted about 10 minutes but that is 9 1/2 minutes longer than usual! And yes! Ignore the Cheetos that were used to bribe her to keep them in!
That is one cute little pigtailed girl!

Cheeto face!

Tickles from Nana!

Tim eating!

We are in the midst of introducing Tim to new foods. He prefers oatmeal to his rice cereal and love love loves sweet potatoes! I have made all of his baby food from real food, something I did with Ashton and a little with Violet. So far he has had sweet potatoes, butternut squash, avocados, bananas, and applesauce. He gagged with everything except the sweet potatoes but took the squash yesterday! We are going to try carrots today!
Happy to be eating!

Messy face! But still happy!

That is one cute baby!

Excited to be getting to eat!

Tim in the bigger baby bathtub

Tim has graduated from the newborn baby bathtub to our larger baby bathtub. He loves it! I put him in the baby bath with Ashton & Violet in the real bathtub and he just splashes away! I can't wait until he can sit up by himself so they can all take a bath together!
He is really a good baby... until he is not! You will know when he is one unhappy boy!

Tim lovin' his bath time!

Ashton loves to pretend to shave!

So precious

I am watching "I cloned my pet." Obviously this is a bit extreme but something so precious arrived in the mail today. A special package from the vet. They did a little imprint of his paw after he passed away with a special letter. I remember that is all I wanted when I left the pet hospital. Something that I could take with me that was a physical reminder of Parker. But these people are cloning their dogs! Wow is all I have to say to that. I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that these people don't have children of their own.
