It's just me and the kiddos this weekend, so what to do? What to do? Well, I have tons of projects I have waiting to be completed. My next big project is to paint the cabinets in the laundry room. So off to Home Depot it is! Well, lucky us! It was also Kids Project day too! So we hit them up before heading on in! Ashton was able to make a planter with a little help from Mom.

| Ashton prouding paints his planter! He got to use a hammer on the nails all by himself (after Mom started them)! |

| Here is the planter all complete! They even provided a free strawberry plant! |
Well, you know I can't wait to get that strawberry plant into my garden. Speaking of... that is also on my fairly immediate project to-do list. I bought some soil/compost mixture but didn't buy enough so after Home Depot, off we headed to Costco for four more bags. Thankfully, a Costco helper was right there to help me load them all in!
Other projects in progress, a homemade Memorial Day/4th of July wreath. I love the look of wreaths on the door. I think they are so inviting! This all started with our Christmas wreath that I left up for a month afterwards because I just hated to take it down! So after buying a Valentine's Day wreath and Easter wreath, here I am making my own wreath while the kids nap!
So, here it is!
1. Paint laundry room cabinets
2. Make wreath
3. Plant garden
Hopefully, I will also get our hallway linen cabinets painted and Violet's built-in desk since I have the paint now.
